2023-06-18
Since last time...
- Fey forest has a lot of cool plants and animals that can have different effects, plus the forest is pretty unknown so there may be other things hiding.

You wanted to go to the forest to check out the different plants and animals.
How did you spend your time since last session?
What is your character’s biggest pet peeve?

Rased - serious with the treasure hunting, looking for info about the forest. had a hangover. Peeve: when a job goes wrong when its not because of him.

Locations
-
Fey-Charged Forest is a forest with HUGE tall trees and a ton of plants and undergrowth. There is a pretty clear path through the forest with some smaller offshoot paths. Once you enter the forest, everything gets relatively darker, has a blue glow to it, and there are glowing bugs, motes, and flowers everywhere. As you walk, you see many different plants and animals scurry around the forest floor. The leaves rustle, animals chattering, birds singing but something about the calls of the birds sounds slightly off.
-
Approaching the forest, there's a touch of fog in the entry, slightly clouding your sight line.
-
The tops of the far trees shake gently, and a low elk call rings through the forest. Everything falls quiet for a moment, and then the soft noise begins again, crescendoing into the noise that was there before.
-
Creatures sensed: aberrations, celestials, fey, undead.
-
Moon Pond
- You reach a beautiful moon-shaped pool, surrounded by all manner of bioluminescent flora. The pond is filled with koi fish, all kinds of beautiful colors and patterns. They are larger than any you have ever seen before.
-
Old Stone Dome
- Southwest of the pond, there is a clearing. Unlike the rest of the forest, this place is quiet and free from the noise and chatter of the living things surrounding you. For whatever reason, it seems that animals do not gather here. In the middle of the clearing, there is a stone dome that is falling apart, rubble gathering in and around it. A great stone hand rises up, each one of the fingers over double the size of any of you, cradling the structure. In the middle of the crumbled dome there is a pristine statue, contrasting the disrepair of the structure around it. Up and down the hands and around the base of the statue are runes that are unfamiliar to you.
- Stone statues are littered around the dome. Many are looking toward the sky, and some have animals next to them who are also looking upwards.
- The bones of what looks like a large snake rest near the dome.
Notes
- Tied up mounts and left them near the entry of the forest once arrived.
- Ran into 3 blink dogs, did not kill them.
- Killed displacer beast
- Terrall took shrooms and saw through the fog, tracked the portal with Rased.
Cerune - large elk with emerald fur, 50 feet tall at shoulders.
